Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return / Refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you should contact us before you send back the parcel. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.If the parcel is returned by AUSPOST (Wrong Address / Receiver Reject / No collection at post office or other reasons ), we cannot accept as nobody sign the Aviation Declaration, the parcel will be destroyed by the board force.

Non-returnable items: 

  1. The return date has exceeded 7days;
  2. The disposable sealed package has been opened and the product has no quality problems;
  3. The product has obvious traces of use;
  4. Missing package, accessories, or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.
  5. You may not return E-Juice, liquid products, pods, or other consumable products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If it is returned for personal reasons, the sending and return shipping costs will be borne by the customers.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

All parcels are shipped from New Zealand / China / HONG KONG or local suppliers with DHL Express Post / TOLL.

We have no control over the delivery time frames once we give the parcels to Post company. Please use your tracking details for more details about your shipped parcels.

Please note, that we do NOT ship over the weekend. All orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped in 1 business day

The Express Post fee cannot be refunded due to delays beyond our control. Delivery time frames indicated on our website represent standard or normal delivery periods, over which we have no influence. By selecting EXPRESS POST, we cover the express fee for your parcel. Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather conditions or unforeseen incidents, which we cannot manage, nor can we obtain refunds from the postal company. Consequently, we regret that refunds cannot be issued in such instances.
